We are currently investigating an issue where some payments have not been processed on time on the 30th of June.
In the affected cases, the payment status in Corpay One shows as "Initialized," but the funds have not yet been withdrawn from the bank account.
At this point, the root cause of the issue is still unknown. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this may have caused.
Our development team is actively working to identify the cause and implement a solution as quickly as possible.
